How you may use the Sellion platform.

These draft terms describe at a high level how we expect the Sellion platform to be used and what you can expect in return. They are not a substitute for a signed contract.

Important: This Terms of Use page is a non-binding draft. Final enforceable terms of service and commercial terms will be set out in a separate agreement (for example an Order Form and Master Service Agreement) reviewed by legal counsel.

1. Using the platform

Sellion provides software and related services designed to help revenue teams run AI SDR pods. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with internal policies and any applicable regulations.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your accounts.
You will maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens.
You will promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

We expect customers to use Sellion in a way that is respectful of recipients and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies. Examples of prohibited use include:

Sending unlawful misleading or harmful messages using the platform.
Attempting to bypass or disable safety governance or rate limits.
Using the platform in ways that violate anti-spam privacy or communication regulations that apply to you.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to Sellion (for example CRM records configuration and conversation content) subject to any rights granted to us in a signed agreement so we can deliver the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to use that data with Sellion and to direct us to process it on your behalf.

4. Intellectual property

Sellion the Sellion logos and the platform itself are owned by us or our licensors. Using the platform does not give you any ownership of our code models infrastructure or branding.

Subject to your compliance with the applicable terms you have a limited right to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform reliable and evolving. We may add change or remove features over time. Where changes are material we aim to provide reasonable notice especially for paying customers.

We may suspend or limit access to the platform if we believe it is necessary to protect customers the infrastructure or comply with law.

6. Disclaimer (high level)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any signed agreement the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expect the definitive allocation of responsibilities warranties and limitations of liability to be defined in a negotiated contract.

7. Governing terms

These draft terms are provided for convenience only. In any situation where you have a signed agreement with us that agreement (and any applicable order forms or addenda) will govern your use of the platform.
