Privacy policy · Draft

How Sellion handles your data.

This page describes at a high level how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Sellion platform. It is a draft and does not replace any signed agreement between you and Sellion.

Draft only: This privacy policy is provided for planning and communication purposes. It is not legal advice and may not reflect final, lawyer-reviewed terms. Final privacy terms will be set out in a separate, binding agreement.

1. Scope of this notice

This privacy overview applies to information we collect when you:

  • Visit our website or marketing pages.
  • Create an account or sign in to the Sellion platform.
  • Use Sellion to run AI SDR pods that interact with your CRM, warehouse, or messaging tools.
  • Communicate with us via email or other channels.

If there is any conflict between this page and a signed agreement (for example, an MSA or DPA), the signed agreement controls.

2. Information we may collect

Examples of the types of information we may process include:

  • Account information: names, work email addresses, authentication details, and role assignments for your users.
  • Usage and telemetry: logs about how your team uses the platform (for example, pages viewed, pod configuration changes, feature usage).
  • CRM and GTM-related data: account and contact records, opportunity data, and other information that you choose to sync into Sellion.
  • Conversation content: messages exchanged between AI SDR pods, your users, and your prospects or customers, subject to your configuration and governance rules.
  • Support and feedback: messages you send to us, along with any attached logs or screenshots.

3. How we use information

We use information primarily to:

  • Provide and maintain the Sellion platform and services.
  • Run AI SDR pods according to your configuration, governance, and integration settings.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and user experience of the product.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and changes to the product.
  • Meet legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, where applicable.

We do not treat your proprietary CRM data or conversation content as public training data for general-purpose foundation models.

4. When we share information

We may share information with carefully selected third parties in limited situations, such as:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting, email delivery, logging, and other infrastructure providers that help us run the platform.
  • Integration partners: when you connect Sellion to tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, your data warehouse, or communication platforms.
  • Legal or safety reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or security of our customers, our users, or the platform.

We do not sell customer data to third parties as a business model.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide the services, support your use of the platform, or as required by law or contract. Actual retention periods may vary depending on:

  • The type of data and how it is used.
  • Legal, regulatory, or audit requirements.
  • Your configuration choices and, where applicable, contractual commitments.

In many cases, customers can request deletion or export of certain data through product settings or by contacting us.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you are located and how you use Sellion, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal data (for example, access, correction, deletion, or restriction).

Where we act as a processor for your organization (for example, handling CRM or GTM data on your behalf), we will direct individuals to contact the organization that controls that data.

7. Changes to this page

We may update this privacy overview from time to time to reflect changes in our product, practices, or legal requirements. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
