Founding Engineer, Agentic Systems

Engineering

Austin, TX (hybrid) or remote (US-friendly time zones)

Own end-to-end delivery of agent workflows that connect LLMs, CRMs, and our internal orchestration layer — from architecture to observability.

Design and implement multi-step agent workflows for discovery, conversation, and handoff.
Work across backend services, queues, and external APIs (CRM, email, calendar).
Instrument everything so GTM and RevOps leaders can trust and explain agent behavior.

Founding Engineer, Integrations & Data

Engineering

Build and harden the connectors that keep Sellion in lockstep with CRM, warehouse, and messaging tools.

Implement and maintain robust Salesforce/HubSpot integrations with clear data models.
Design sync strategies that are resilient, observable, and respectful of data boundaries.

GTM

Sit at the intersection of product, AI, and revenue teams to launch and expand Sellion pods for customers.

Translate GTM goals into concrete pod configurations, playbooks, and guardrails.
Run pilots end to end: discovery, configuration, launch, measurement, expansion.
Feed real-world learnings back into product and agent behavior.

Founding Product Designer

Design

Own the surfaces where GTM leaders observe, guide, and trust AI SDR pods.

Design flows for configuring pods, reviewing conversations, and approving key decisions.
Create analytics and governance views that feel like power tools, not dashboards.
Develop a cohesive visual and interaction language across the platform.
